To protect the legitimate rights and interests of all buyers and maintain a sound trading order, we have formulated this sales policy. By placing an order on our store, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily complied with all terms stated below. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age when placing orders.
We adhere to the principles of integrity, transparency and customer first, and strive to deliver a safe and pleasant luxury shopping experience for you.
After successful payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp and your registered email to complete shipment confirmation. You are granted 7 calendar days to confirm shipment. If no confirmation is submitted within the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically with a full refund, and the corresponding product will be relisted without separate reservation. System messages sent via WhatsApp and email are deemed duly delivered. We shall not be held responsible for order timeout caused by invalid contact information or failure to check messages in a timely manner.
Due to the attributes of pre-owned luxury goods and cross-border trade regulations, the statutory right of withdrawal will no longer apply once you confirm shipment and the order is locked. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances, as irreversible labor, logistics and channel costs have already been incurred.
All listed prices include worldwide shipping and all import duties and taxes, with no hidden fees of any kind.
By confirming shipment, you fully recognize and accept the product condition, style, price and all related descriptions. We do not accept return requests caused by personal subjective preference.
Combined with the unique attributes of pre-owned luxury goods and cross-border trade processes, the order cancellation rules are specified as follows:
You may contact customer service to modify your shipping address, contact information or other receiving details before the order enters authentication, maintenance or packaging process.
Once the order enters authentication, maintenance, customs clearance or is handed over to logistics carriers, no information modification will be accepted. Our customer service will inform you of the real-time order status.
We shall not be liable for shipping delays, customs clearance abnormalities or delivery failures caused by information modifications initiated by customers. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect receiving information, all re-delivery fees shall be borne by the buyer.
Combined Shipment Rule: Multiple orders placed by the same customer with the identical delivery address can be combined for shipment. Please submit the combination request during the shipment confirmation stage. Orders with different delivery addresses cannot be combined, and combined shipments will use a single tracking number. For combined shipments of multiple items, each product is attached with an independent anti-tamper seal and issued a separate authentication certificate. All items will be packed in one single shipping box.
After successful payment, the system will exclusively lock the corresponding unique product for you immediately. The product will be removed from shelves and will not be reserved for other customers. Unpaid reservation is not supported.
All prices are fixed as displayed on the checkout page. Any exchange rate fluctuations between your local currency and our settlement currency will not affect the final payment amount. No hidden fees will be charged.
Payment Exception Handling: If payment fails or funds are deducted repeatedly due to payment channel faults, please provide valid payment proof and contact us. We will verify and process refunds within 1-3 business days. The locked status of the original order will remain unchanged after refund for repeated deduction.
Refund Failure Handling: If a refund fails due to incorrect personal account information, please resubmit valid information. We will reprocess the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving complete materials. We take no responsibility for delays caused by personal information errors.
Purchase Certificate: We can provide official transaction purchase certificates upon customer request. The certificates are only for personal transaction records and shall not be used for commercial resale authentication, third-party rights protection or litigation.
We provide complimentary basic maintenance for bags, watches and jewelry. We will never alter metal hardware, engravings or brand logos during maintenance.
Maintenance services include dust removal, stain cleaning and minor surface polishing. Deep repair, part replacement, restyling and professional refurbishment are not provided.
You may only apply for maintenance during the shipment confirmation stage. No supplementary application will be accepted after the order is locked. You can cancel the maintenance request before the maintenance work starts; once the maintenance procedure begins, cancellation is no longer available. If you cancel the maintenance before work starts, the order will revert to the standard processing time without the extra 1-3 working days.
Orders with maintenance applied will take an extra 1-3 working days for processing. Maintenance will not affect the validity of authentication results and certificates.
Physical anti-counterfeit tags and physical LegitApp certificates are provided as standard for all orders. Digital copies of all certificates will also be sent to you via email and WhatsApp.
The Entrupy digital certificate is an additional service. Please submit the application during the shipment confirmation stage. No supplementary application will be accepted after the order is locked.
All authentication certificates are permanently valid for the corresponding pre-owned luxury items, subject to official announcements from LegitApp and Entrupy.
Certificates will be issued within 24-72 hours (1-3 working days) after application. All goods will pass final secondary authentication before shipment to ensure consistency with product descriptions.
All products are displayed with high-definition real-shot pictures. Product condition, flaws, size and detailed parameters are clearly marked. A reasonable manual measurement error within 1-2cm is acceptable.
Natural metal oxidation and leather aging are inherent characteristics of second-hand goods. We do not handle order cancellation or after-sales requests caused by subjective issues such as inappropriate size, color difference due to shooting light and unsatisfactory wearing effect.
Confirming shipment means you fully recognize the product condition, style, price and all descriptions. Natural used traces on pre-owned luxury items are regarded as normal conditions.
Scarce limited-edition products implement a one piece per customer per style purchase limit to prevent malicious hoarding and resale. One account or one delivery address is deemed as the same customer. Multiple orders for the same limited item will be cancelled directly. Paid and locked orders cannot be modified arbitrarily.
If you find obvious structural defects affecting normal use which are not marked on the product page, please provide valid evidence within 48 hours after signing for the parcel. We will offer partial refund or professional repair compensation based on actual situations. The time limit starts from the day of signature, regardless of proxy signature.
Please inspect the package and disposable anti-tamper seal on site upon receipt. Your signature confirms that the outer package is intact.
If you require "no signature release" to prevent proxy signing, please leave a note or contact customer service before shipment. However, we cannot fully guarantee that logistics carriers will comply. Signatures from family members, building concierges and neighbors are deemed valid personal acceptance.
If you sign for the parcel without inspecting the package and anti-tamper seal on site, subsequent disputes over damage or tampering will not be accepted.
Do not place any contraband or unauthorized extra items inside the parcel. All penalties, fines and legal liabilities arising from contraband shall be borne solely by the buyer.
The buyer shall fully cooperate with customs clearance procedures of the destination country. Any losses and fees caused by refusal to cooperate with customs shall be borne by the buyer.
We do not provide expedited shipping service, nor support selecting designated logistics carriers. All orders will be arranged for delivery and customs clearance in the order of payment. The tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch.
We take charge of claim settlement for goods lost during international main-line transportation. Losses occurring at local terminal delivery shall be claimed by the local logistics provider.
If the parcel is detained, returned or prohibited from entry by the destination customs due to local policy restrictions, this is beyond our liability. You have two options: wait for the parcel to return, and all return freight shall be borne by you; or apply for order cancellation, we will deduct the actually incurred logistics and customs costs and refund the remaining balance. We will provide relevant cost receipts upon your request.
Any additional tariffs, customs fees, storage fees and expedited clearance fees caused by buyer's delay, incorrect information, or special local requests beyond normal customs process shall be borne by the buyer. We will inform you in advance before charging extra fees.
Free gift boxes, dust bags and matching accessories are complimentary gifts. Loss or slight damage of gifts will not be covered by after-sales service for the main product, and no re-delivery or compensation will be provided.
Our full authenticity guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days upon receipt of the parcel, provided that the disposable anti-tamper seal remains intact.
If the product is verified counterfeit by nationally authorized or internationally recognized official institutions (including LegitApp, Entrupy and CCIC), we will immediately fulfill the following commitments:
We reserve the right to verify the validity of official authentication reports. Invalid reports, applications submitted after the time limit, and cases with damaged anti-tamper seals are not covered by this guarantee. Only official written authentication reports are accepted and deemed valid. Personal subjective judgment, normal wear and tear of the product, and subjective disputes over item condition are not eligible for compensation.
Distinction of application scenarios: The 48-hour evidence submission rule is only applicable to disputes over unmarked structural defects affecting normal use. The 30-calendar-day rule for authenticity application does not apply to structural defect disputes, and vice versa.
This authenticity guarantee applies only to the main body of the product. Removable accessories are not covered. If counterfeit accessories fundamentally affect the normal use of the main product, we will provide a partial refund equivalent to the market value of the accessories.
Transportation Damage & Loss Handling: If the goods are lost or severely damaged during transit, please submit complete unboxing videos and photos within 48 hours after signing for the parcel. Overdue applications will not be accepted. After receiving complete materials, we will cooperate with logistics to file claims within 3 working days, and provide equivalent replacement or full refund.
Slight extrusion of the outer package is not regarded as a quality problem. Man-made damage or artificial wear and tear after receipt is not covered by after-sales service.
For products with genuine quality and consistent descriptions, we do not provide unconditional return, exchange or refund services.
All shipped products are attached with customized disposable anti-tamper seals. We will keep high-definition photos of the sealed items on file before delivery.
Please check the integrity of the anti-tamper seal immediately after receiving the parcel. An intact seal proves that the goods have not been replaced or used after dispatch.
Once the seal is cut, damaged or missing, all subsequent disputes over authenticity and product flaws will not be accepted.
If the seal is accidentally damaged or detached during transportation, please contact customer service with complete unboxing materials within 24 hours. If you cannot inspect the goods within 24 hours due to special reasons, please apply for a reasonable time extension in advance. We will assist you with item inspection or request additional valid evidence for verification.
In compliance with EU GDPR regulations: We only collect necessary personal information for order processing, logistics distribution and after-sales service. We will not disclose private data to any third party without legal grounds.
After the order is fully completed and all disputes are settled, you may apply for personal data deletion. We will retain transaction data within the statutory retention period to comply with tax, financial and legal requirements.
We are not liable for order delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by natural disasters, war, customs policy changes, public health emergencies, logistics strikes and international route suspension. We will notify customers in a timely manner, and provide free order extension. No additional economic compensation will be offered, and there is no time limit for order extension under force majeure.
Our customer service is available 24 working hours from Monday to Friday. Emails and WhatsApp messages sent on weekends and legal holidays will be replied within 1 to 2 working days after resuming work. Our customer service only handles order transaction related matters, and does not provide professional luxury appraisal or styling consultation.

All disputes arising from transaction policies shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts where Vierlot is located for settlement.
