Standard Manual Appraisal Process

We follow a strict 3-step appraisal procedure for every product:

• Full Craft Inspection: Verify leather, hardware, logo, stitching, lining and all original details.
• Condition Recording: Document wear and flaws truthfully without any concealment.
• Final Double Check: Reconfirmed by senior experts to screen out non-conforming goods.

We never sell refurbished, spliced, altered or counterfeit luxury products.

Tamper-Evident Protection

Every authenticated genuine item is sealed with a unique Vierlot Tamper-Evident Seal before delivery.

An intact seal proves the item has not been replaced or tampered with during transit.

Once the seal is artificially removed or damaged, the authenticity after-sales guarantee will be invalidated.

If the seal is broken or missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately and do not accept the item if possible. We will assist with inspection and resolution.

After-Sales Guarantee & Global Re-Authentication

Full Refund Guarantee

The full refund guarantee is valid within 30 days after delivery, provided the Tamper-Evident Seal remains intact.

If the product is confirmed counterfeit by government-authorized or internationally recognized institutions (including LegitApp, Entrupy, CCIC), we will fulfill the commitments below:

• 100% full refund of the order amount, plus additional compensation equal to 20% of the actual payment (maximum compensation of 500 US dollars per single order).
• Cover all reasonable cross-border shipping and customs return fees.
• Assume corresponding legal liabilities.

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of official appraisal reports. Invalid reports, expired applications and damaged Tamper-Evident Seal are not covered by guarantee. Only official written authenticity appraisal reports are valid. Subjective personal judgment, normal daily wear and tear and subjective condition difference will not be included in the compensation scope.

Global Re-Authentication

You are welcome to re-authenticate the item via any internationally recognized channels: LegitApp, Entrupy, official appraisal institutions. We will provide complete product photos and documents to assist verification.

Time Limit: All Re-authentication requests must be submitted within 30 days upon delivery.

Cost: All fees incurred from Re-authentication shall be borne by the buyer.
