1. Leather & Fabric Bags

Overall surface dust removal
Comprehensive stain cleaning
Basic cleaning for leather body and fabric gaps
Minor touch-up for local light scratches and slight edge wear
Simple polishing for metal hardware
Not Included
Full bag refurbishment, recoloring and repainting
Professional hardware repair and replacement
Waterproof coating treatment
Stitch mending and all parts replacement
Repair for severe damage, deep cracks and large-area abrasion
2. Luxury Watches

Dust removal for watch case, band and crystal surface
Fine polishing for metal watch case and links
Basic movement maintenance, time regulation and water resistance test
Battery replacement for quartz watches
Replacement with brand-new generic leather straps for most leather watches; this service is unavailable for a small number of special models. The original strap will be delivered along with the watch.

How to Apply & Timeline
You may submit your maintenance request only when you confirm shipment via WhatsApp or email. No additional application will be accepted once the order is locked.
If you apply for free maintenance, the whole order process will take an extra 1-3 business days. We will finish all maintenance work before packing and delivery.
Important Notes
This complimentary maintenance is an optional extra benefit, not a mandatory service.
Our basic maintenance only conducts routine care by category. It cannot restore pre-owned goods to brand-new condition. Slight traces of use are normal for second-hand luxury products.
No return, exchange or refund will be accepted due to personal dissatisfaction with the maintenance effect.
All maintenance work follows standard procedures. We will not adjust solutions according to individual personalized requirements.
We will not alter any metal hardware, engravings or brand logos during all maintenance services.
We will assess material features and adopt suitable cleaning methods before ultrasonic cleaning, to avoid damage to special gemstones.
Maintenance work will not alter the inherent features of the item, and will not affect the authenticity appraisal or the validity of the official authentication certificate.
