Pre-Shipment Approval

You see it, you approve it, then we ship it.

After you place your order, our team will retrieve the item and conduct a strict in-house re-inspection. We will then send real photos, a short video and full product details to you via WhatsApp and email within 24-48 hours. Please take all the time you need for review. We will only proceed with your order once we receive your explicit approval.

All orders go through formal tax declaration and compliant export customs clearance, plus full shipping insurance. We cover all import duties, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon receiving the package.

Core Process

  1. Order placed — We retrieve your item and complete an additional in-house re-inspection.
  2. Verification materials sent — You will receive the contents below within 24-48 hours:
    • 10-20 high-resolution photos + a short video (shot under natural light; all details and flaws are fully displayed)
    • A detailed description of the item's condition

    Please reply with your decision:

    • Confirm & ship — We will start the final shipping process immediately. You may also request our free basic maintenance (cleaning, polishing, etc.) meanwhile.
    • Cancel order — Full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days with zero service fees.
  3. After your confirmation — Once approved, the order is locked and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We will issue third-party authentication certificates within 24-72 hours:
    • Physical LegitApp Authenticity Certificate (included as standard)
    • Digital Entrupy Authenticity Certificate (available upon additional request)

    To request the Entrupy certificate, simply mention it when you confirm shipment. Related terms are available in the full Sales Policy. The digital version of the corresponding certificate will be sent to your WhatsApp and email. If you request free maintenance, the process will take an extra 1-3 business days.

  4. Shipment arrangement — Once maintenance and certificate preparation are completed, we complete formal tax declaration and compliant export customs clearance. Full shipping insurance is applied to the parcel, then we arrange delivery.

Key Rules

1. Order Status Before & After Confirmation

Before you confirm & ship: You may cancel the order at any time. A full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days, with no fees charged.

After you confirm & ship: We will issue the standard Physical LegitApp Authenticity Certificate. We will also arrange the Entrupy Digital Certificate and requested maintenance if you submit extra applications. Per second-hand luxury product regulations, once confirmed, the order is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The right of withdrawal does not apply. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp and email throughout the whole process.

2. No Response Rule

No reply? No worries. We will hold your order for 7 calendar days starting from the date we first send verification materials. If we receive no response after 7 days, the order will be cancelled automatically and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are welcome to place a new order anytime.

3. Customs, Shipping Insurance & Fees

All parcels go through official tax declaration and export customs clearance, and are fully covered by shipping insurance against loss or damage during transit. We take care of all import duties, so you will not face any additional charges when receiving your goods. Any personal taxes or local fees unrelated to customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer.
