Every product in our store is a unique one-of-a-kind piece, and has passed strict dual professional authentication. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of every buyer, maintain a stable and orderly shopping transaction process, we have formulated this sales and purchase policy. All customers who place orders are deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily abided by all terms herein. Minors under the age of 18 shall place orders with the consent and supervision of their guardians. If a minor places an order without guardian consent, the guardian may request order cancellation within 3 hours of payment. After shipment, no cancellation will be accepted.

We always adhere to the principles of integrity, transparency and customer-centric service, and are committed to bringing you a secure and satisfying luxury shopping experience. This store does not support cash on delivery, credit payment or monthly installment settlement, only official prepaid payment channels are accepted.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Combined with the unique attributes of pre-owned luxury goods and cross-border trade processes, we set a user-friendly order cancellation window to fully respect your shopping choices:

  1. Unpaid Order: You can cancel or close the order at any time independently without any restrictions, fees or penalties.
  2. Paid Order Within 3 Hours: We set up a worry-free cooling-off period for you. If you change your mind, you can apply for unconditional free order cancellation. The refund will be returned to your original payment path within 3-7 working days, and the specific arrival time depends on your payment institution. There are no deductions, handling fees or additional charges.
  3. Order Exceeds 3 Hours / Already Authenticated / Packed / Shipped: We will no longer accept any order cancellation requests. Non-recoverable labor, logistics and channel costs have been generated, and unique products cannot be resold again. No style exchange is supported under any circumstances.
  4. Merchant-initiated Order Cancellation: In rare cases where we cannot ship due to hidden flaws, product damage or inventory loss, we will notify you immediately and process a full unconditional refund without additional compensation. In such cases, we will also offer a 5% discount code for your next purchase as a goodwill gesture.
  5. Malicious Order Control: Repeated order cancellation, bulk hoarding and unreasonable repeated inquiry will be regarded as malicious behavior, and we have the right to reject subsequent orders.

3. Order Information Modification

You may contact customer service to modify your shipping address, contact information or other receiving details at any time before the order has been shipped.

Once the order enters authentication, packaging, customs clearance or delivered to logistics carriers, no information modification will be accepted. Customer service will inform you of the actual order status.

We shall not be liable for any shipping delays caused by order information modifications.

4. Payment & Inventory Reservation

  1. After successful payment, the system will exclusively lock the corresponding unique product for you immediately, the product will be removed from shelves and will not be reserved for other customers.
  2. All prices are fixed at the amount shown at checkout. Any subsequent exchange rate fluctuations between your local currency and our settlement currency will not affect the final charge. The quoted price includes worldwide free shipping and all duties & taxes, no hidden charges. Full payment is required at checkout, delayed reservation without payment is not supported.
  3. Payment Exception Handling: For payment failure, repeated deduction caused by payment channels, please provide payment proof and contact us. We will verify and process refunds within 24 business hours.
  4. Refund Failure Handling: If refund fails due to incorrect personal account information, you need to provide valid information again. We will reprocess the refund within 5 business days after receiving complete valid materials. We take no responsibility for delays caused by personal reasons.
  5. Purchase Invoice: We can provide official transaction purchase certificates according to customer requirements, which are only used for personal transaction records, not for commercial resale certification.

5. Product Condition Confirmation

  1. All products are displayed with real-shot high-definition pictures. Product condition, flaws, size and detailed parameters are marked clearly. Manual measurement exists reasonable error within 1-2cm, which belongs to normal range. Subjective problems such as personal unsuitable size, shooting color difference and unsatisfactory wearing effect will not support order cancellation and after-sales processing. Natural metal oxidation and leather aging are inherent characteristics of second-hand goods.
  2. Successfully completing payment means you fully recognize product condition, style, price and all descriptions. Natural used traces of second-hand luxury goods are within normal scope. We reject returns caused by personal subjective dislike.
  3. Scarce limited-edition products implement one piece per customer per style purchase limit, to prevent malicious hoarding and resale behavior. Multiple orders of the same rare item will be cancelled directly. Paid locked orders cannot be modified or cancelled at will.
  4. Unmarked obvious structural defects affecting normal use, please provide valid evidence within 48 hours after signing, we will provide partial refund or professional repair compensation according to actual situation.

6. Sign-in & Acceptance Inspection

  1. Please check package integrity and anti-tamper seal status on site when signing for delivery. Signing represents confirmation of intact outer package.
  2. If you do not wish others to sign on your behalf, please leave a note in your order or contact us before shipment to add a "no signature release" request. However, we cannot guarantee that carriers will comply. Signature from family members, building concierge and neighbors will be regarded as valid personal acceptance.
  3. If you do not check package and seal upon signing, subsequent objections about damage will not be accepted.

7. Shipping & Verification

  1. All goods will pass final secondary authentication before shipment, ensure consistency with description, with complete anti-collision packaging. The official authentication report will be issued within 3-5 working days after application.
  2. We arrange delivery and customs clearance in order of payment time, tracking number will be sent to reserved email after shipment. International main line transportation loss shall be handled by our side, local terminal delivery loss shall be traced and claimed by local logistics provider.
  3. If goods are detained, returned or prohibited from entering by destination customs due to local policy restrictions, it does not belong to our liability. Customers have two choices: wait for goods to return with return freight borne by buyers; or apply for order cancellation, we will deduct actual occurred logistics and customs costs, then return the remaining balance. Extra tariffs and customs fees required by local authorities shall be borne by buyers themselves. Additional storage and expedited clearance fees will be notified in advance, customers can choose to cancel orders or pay extra fees to continue delivery.
  4. Free matching accessories, gift boxes and dust bags are only complimentary gifts, loss or slight damage will not be included in main product after-sales claim scope.

8. After-Sales & Authenticity Guarantee

  1. Authenticity Guarantee: If verified non-authentic by Entrupy or CCIC authoritative institutions, we will give full refund, plus 20% compensation of actual payment amount, single order maximum compensation $500. All authentication fees are borne by us. The anti-tamper seal must remain intact for any authenticity claim to be valid. The authenticity guarantee and compensation apply to the main body of the product. Removable accessories are not covered, unless their inauthenticity fundamentally affects the usability of the main product, we will provide a partial refund equivalent to the accessory's market value.
  2. Transportation Damage & Loss Handling: Please contact us and submit complete unboxing videos and photos within 48 hours after signing if goods lost or seriously damaged during transit. Overdue application will not be accepted. We will cooperate with logistics to claim compensation within 3 working days after receiving complete materials, provide equivalent replacement or full refund. Slight extrusion of outer package does not count as quality problem. Man-made damage, artificial wear and tear after receiving goods are not within after-sales scope.
  3. Non-quality issues: no unconditional returns, exchanges and refunds for goods with genuine quality and consistent description.

9. Anti-Tamper Seal Commitment

All shipped products are attached with customized disposable anti-tamper seal, high-definition photos will be kept on file before delivery.

  1. Please check the integrity of anti-tamper seal immediately after receiving parcels. Intact seal represents goods are not replaced or used after delivery.
  2. Once the seal is cut, damaged or missing, all subsequent disputes about authenticity and flaws will not be accepted.
  3. If the seal is accidentally damaged or detached during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours with complete unboxing materials. We strongly recommend inspecting goods right after receipt. If you cannot check within 24 hours for special reasons, please contact customer service in advance to apply for reasonable time extension.

10. GDPR Personal Data Compliance

In compliance with EU GDPR regulations, we only collect personal information for order execution, logistics distribution and after-sales service. We will not disclose private data to third parties without legal basis. Customers can apply for personal data deletion after orders are fully completed and all disputes settled, subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction data for tax, financial and legal investigation within the legally required retention period.

11. Force Majeure Disclaimer

If orders cannot be fulfilled or delayed due to natural disasters, war, customs policy changes, public health emergencies, logistics strikes and international route suspension, we will inform customers timely, provide free order extension or unconditional full refund. No additional economic compensation shall be provided.
