Detailed Rules

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

After you confirm shipment, we will complete standard item tagging first. If you have applied for complimentary basic maintenance, the maintenance work will also be finished in this phase (this service will add an extra 1-3 working days as stated). Once all pre-delivery procedures are completed, we will immediately conduct formal tax declaration, compliant export customs clearance and arrange international shipment. Working days exclude weekends and international public holidays. We do not support requests to designate specific international logistics channels.

2. Free Worldwide Shipping Policy

Free global shipping is available for all retail orders with no minimum order requirement. No shipping fee, handling fee or additional logistics charges will be applied. We cooperate with reliable professional international logistics providers to ensure safe transportation for every luxury parcel.

3. Full Customs Clearance Service

We take charge of complete import and export customs clearance for all cross-border orders. We cover all import duties and clearance fees. Customers do not need to pay the above fees, nor handle complicated customs procedures personally. Any personal taxes or local administrative fees unrelated to customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer. Our team manages the entire clearance process.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery period includes pre-delivery procedures, international transportation and destination customs inspection. The total lead time will be extended if you apply for complimentary maintenance.

  • Europe: 14-23 working days
  • Other Global Regions: 18-26 working days

Note: Delivery will be slightly delayed for remote island areas, subject to the actual logistics status.

5. Secure & Discreet Packaging

All items are packed with confidential private packaging. No luxury brand logos, product information or declared value will be marked on the outer package. We use anti-collision and moisture-proof materials to prevent damage during long-distance transit and fully protect your privacy.

6. Logistics Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send the exclusive tracking number to your registered email in real time. You may check the full delivery progress via the official logistics inquiry system at any time.

7. Handling for Logistics Abnormalities

If you encounter logistics stagnation, delays or other abnormal issues, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will communicate with logistics partners actively and resolve problems as soon as possible.

8. Full Shipping Insurance

All parcels are automatically covered by free full shipping insurance from dispatch to final delivery. The insurance compensates for loss and physical damage caused during transportation. If you need to file an insurance claim due to parcel loss or damage, please contact our customer support with the tracking number and relevant evidence. We will assist you to complete the claim process.

Important Notes

  1. The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Delivery may be delayed due to customs random inspection, local policy changes, bad weather and other force majeure factors, for which we shall not be held responsible.
  2. Buyers shall ensure that the recipient name, address and contact information are accurate. Any failure of customs clearance, parcel return or detention caused by incorrect information shall be the buyer's responsibility, and all resulting costs shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. We do not accept unreasonable parcel rejection or abandonment. All freight, customs and storage fees incurred by rejection or abandonment shall be paid by the buyer.
  4. All parcels only contain the ordered pre-owned luxury items. Any unauthorized contraband or additional items brought by the buyer will lead to customs penalties, and the relevant liabilities shall be borne by the buyer.
  5. Standard item tagging is a mandatory pre-delivery procedure for all orders and cannot be cancelled.
  6. Our confidential packaging rules apply to all shipped items with no exception.
  7. The shipping insurance only covers loss and physical damage during transit. It does not cover natural wear of second-hand goods, damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery, or losses arising from the buyer's fault.
