These terms are legally binding upon all individual collectors, retail clients, and wholesale partners. If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by an authorized authority, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Vierlot operates as a specialized international luxury archival curation platform, dedicated to authentic pre-owned designer bags, timepieces, and fine jewelry sales and wholesale fulfillment.
Our services and transactions are strictly accessible only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Minors are prohibited from executing transactions or entering commercial agreements.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and legally valid personal and delivery information. Vierlot reserves the sovereign right to decline or cancel any order placed with deceptive, incomplete, or fraudulent credentials.
All creations curated on Vierlot represent pre-owned and vintage luxury pieces, not brand-new retail inventory.
Every item carries inherent pre-owned characteristics, such as subtle handling traces, patina, or gentle vintage aging, which represent historical authenticity rather than product defects.
We provide unretouched, high-resolution macro photography and video documentation for each unique piece. Delivered items correspond strictly with their visual records.
We strictly adhere to core archival standards: zero counterfeits, no aftermarket spliced components, no unauthorized alteration of hardware or hallmarks, and zero intentional concealment of flaws. Following delivery, product condition is deemed accepted, subject strictly to our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and our Sales Policy under Section 9.
All commodity prices displayed on the website are fixed, unified international prices with no subjective negotiations or retroactive discounting.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not adjust prices or issue retroactive price matches for market fluctuations.
The listed price includes global express delivery and fully prepaid import customs duties (DDP), with zero remote area surcharges. Complimentary worldwide shipping covers all serviceable destinations; however, deliveries to extremely remote island territories may experience slight transit adjustments as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Your purchase order represents a formal offer to acquire. A binding contract is finalized only when Vierlot issues an official order confirmation dossier.
Clients are provided with an active 7-day pre-shipment approval window to review high-resolution macro imagery and video records. If an order remains unapproved after 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled with a 100% full refund. For complete details, please refer to our Your Final Approval Before Shipping protocol.
Users must carefully verify item specifications, sizing, condition, and recipient information before confirmation. Arbitrary post-confirmation alterations are not supported. Delivery failures or re-routing costs arising from inaccurate recipient details provided by the buyer shall be borne solely by the buyer.

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by accredited third-party financial institutions; Vierlot does not store sensitive payment card credentials.
Cancellation Entitlement: You maintain the unrestricted right to cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time prior to your explicit shipment confirmation. Once shipment is explicitly approved, orders enter irreversible export customs processing, and arbitrary cancellations without legitimate cause are no longer accommodated.
Fulfillment is dispatched via insured tier-one international express carriers (FedEx / DHL / UPS) following order confirmation, providing end-to-end official tracking credentials.
Vierlot assumes in-transit transportation risk until confirmed delivery. Due to high asset values and international anti-fraud standards, all parcels strictly require a direct recipient signature upon delivery. Couriers will not release packages unattended at doorsteps.
In-transit damage or loss claims must be formally lodged with our concierge within 48 hours of carrier delivery timestamp, supported by photos of the outer shipping container, shipping label, and a continuous unboxing video as outlined in our Sales Policy. We do not ship to sanctioned high-risk regions.
Every creation is verified via our standardized multi-layer authentication protocol. Each retail order includes an official, physical serialized authenticity certificate in enterprise partnership with LegitApp as standard configuration. Every item is dispatched with an exclusive serialized anti-tamper security seal. An intact seal represents the indispensable chain of custody. Removing, cutting, or altering the seal constitutes final and irrevocable acceptance of the physical condition, voiding any subsequent claim of condition discrepancies.
Due to international export logistics and the unique, irreplaceable nature of archival luxury goods, all sales are final once shipment is confirmed. Subjective returns or remorse-based exchanges are not supported.

Minimum wholesale order quantity (MOQ) is 10 units, with unrestricted mixed-model selection. Commercial volume tiers, logistics arrangements, and wholesale contracts are coordinated individually via official corporate WhatsApp and email.
All wholesale allocations remain fully governed by our multi-layer authentication standards, anti-tamper security tag protection, and the applicable rules of these Terms of Service.

Vierlot guarantees product authenticity and verified pre-shipment physical condition. We assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper user handling or post-delivery third-party modifications.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable law.
Vierlot is fully exempt from breach of contract liabilities for delivery delays caused by Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, warfare, civil unrest, export embargoes, postal strikes, or international customs service interruptions.
All proprietary assets featured on vierlot.com—including site architecture, text, layout, unretouched macro photography, video content, trademarks, and anti-counterfeiting marks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Vierlot or its licensors.
Reproduction, extraction, modification, transmission, or commercial exploitation without prior formal written consent is strictly prohibited.
Vierlot reserves the right to amend these terms in accordance with statutory and operational developments. Continued browsing or ordering constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any transactional dispute, both parties agree to first pursue amicable, good-faith bilateral consultation through official concierge channels before escalating to external dispute mechanisms.
If an amicable resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vierlot’s operational domicile, in accordance with applicable commercial and trade laws.
Where a return is officially authorized due to proven authenticity failure or our fulfillment error, Vierlot covers all original express shipping, return logistics, and applicable import customs clearances.
Where a return is exceptionally authorized for other buyer-attributed reasons, the buyer remains solely liable for original freight, return shipping, and all secondary customs duties and administrative fees incurred upon re-importation.
