Throughout their entire careers, our experts have collectively authenticated over 500,000 pieces of luxury bags, watches and jewelry. They fully master all genuine craftsmanship details of mainstream luxury brands, and accurately identify counterfeits, spliced parts, refurbished items and modified products.

Many members hold official industry qualifications and work as professional instructors for luxury appraisal training, participating in the formulation of domestic second-hand luxury industry standards.

Official CCIC Strategic Cooperation

Vierlot is a leading pre-owned luxury service provider in China. We maintain long-term deep strategic cooperation with CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group).

CCIC is a government-authorized national inspection institution for import and export goods, widely recognized by global customs, luxury resale platforms and international luxury brands.

We are designated as CCIC official cooperation training base and appraisal partner. Our appraisal specifications are fully consistent with international official standards. For high-value items, customers can apply for optional paid CCIC English authenticity certificates later.

Strict 3-Step Manual Appraisal Process

Every product undergoes complete multi-dimensional manual inspection by senior authenticators, no omissions throughout the whole process:

1. Full Craftsmanship Check — verify leather, hardware, logo, stitching, lining and all original details.
2. Condition Confirmation — truthfully record wear status, never conceal flaws or defects.
3. Final Double Recheck — senior expert secondary confirmation to eliminate all abnormal items.

We never sell refurbished, spliced, altered or counterfeit luxury goods.

Exclusive Vierlot Anti-Tamper Security Tag

Before delivery, every qualified genuine item will be attached with unique Vierlot dedicated anti-counterfeiting security tag.

Once our authenticators confirm the item is genuine, we seal it with the security tag. If the tag remains intact when you receive the package, it means the item has not been replaced or tampered with, and is exactly the product we professionally appraised.

Once the security tag is artificially removed or damaged, the item will no longer enjoy authenticity after-sales protection.

Global Independent Customer Re-inspection

We fully stand behind the authenticity of every order. We warmly encourage you to verify your item through any internationally recognized luxury authentication channels, including Entrupy, local professional authenticators and formal appraisal institutions.

We will provide complete product detail photos and information to assist your independent re-inspection.

Important: Re-inspection request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Note: All re-inspection service fees shall be borne by the customer themselves.

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee & Compensation

If your purchased item is identified as non-genuine by government-authorized or internationally recognized formal institutions (such as CCIC, national customs laboratory), within valid re-inspection period and with intact security tag, we will fulfill full commitments immediately:

1. Issue 100% full order amount refund.
2. Bear all reasonable cross-border return logistics and customs fees.
3. Undertake corresponding legal liabilities.

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of official appraisal reports. Invalid reports, expired applications and damaged security tags are not covered by guarantee.

Only official written authenticity appraisal reports are valid. Subjective personal judgment, normal daily wear and tear and subjective condition difference will not be included in the compensation scope.

As a professional pre-owned luxury platform, we strictly abide by industry integrity rules:

• No refurbishment of old worn items.
• No replacement or splicing of original parts.
• No modification of hardware, engraving or brand marks.
• No false description of product appearance and condition.

All product pictures are real shooting without beautification, fully consistent with actual item status.

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable, no price adjustment after order confirmation.
