By browsing the website, placing orders, submitting wholesale inquiries and using any services provided by us, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the contents of these terms.
This clause is binding on all individual consumers, retail buyers and global wholesale partners. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.
Vierlot is a professional global pre-owned luxury sales platform, focusing on genuine luxury bags, watches and jewelry sales and wholesale business.
Our services are only open to users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not allowed to place orders or conduct transaction cooperation.
Users shall ensure that all personal information submitted during browsing and ordering is true, legal and valid. We reserve the right to reject any order submitted with false or misleading information.
All products sold on our platform belong to pre-owned second-hand luxury goods, not brand-new commodities.
Every item has normal natural use traces, wear and aging traces, which are inherent characteristics of second-hand goods, not quality defects.
We take 100% real shooting for all products, without retouching, beautification and false modification. The actual product is completely consistent with the picture description.
We strictly abide by industry norms: no refurbished goods, no spliced accessories, no modified hardware and brand marks, no concealment of product flaws. Once you sign for the package, you will be deemed to have confirmed the product condition, except for non-genuine items or wrong delivery.
All commodity prices displayed on the website are fixed unified prices, non-negotiable, no bargaining.
Once the order is successfully confirmed, we will not adjust the price, offer discount or partial refund for any subjective reasons.
The listed price includes global standard shipping and all customs clearance duties, with no hidden fees. A remote area surcharge may apply for extremely remote delivery addresses, which will be confirmed separately with you before shipment. For details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an official order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any order for abnormal reasons such as payment risks, malicious ordering.
Unpaid orders exceeding the specified time will be automatically cancelled by the system without prior notice.
Users shall carefully confirm product style, size, condition, shipping address and contact information before placing an order. We do not support arbitrary modification of order information after payment.
If the package fails to be delivered or is delayed due to incorrect receiving address, phone number or other user-provided information errors, the user shall bear the cost of re-delivery and the loss of goods return.
We support mainstream international secure payment channels such as PayPal and Stripe.
All payment funds are processed by formal third-party payment institutions. We will not directly collect and store your complete bank card and payment sensitive information.
Once the payment is completed successfully, it means the user recognizes the product and transaction rules. You may cancel the order free of charge within 3 hours after payment; after that, arbitrary refund applications without legitimate reasons are not supported.
We will arrange delivery within the stipulated time after the order takes effect and send the order confirmation email, and provide official logistics tracking information.
We bear the transportation risk of the goods before you sign for the package. After the goods are delivered to the carrier, if the package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company.
We do not ship to UN-sanctioned high-risk regions, and reserve the right to cancel relevant orders for free.
Every shipped product will pass three rounds of manual professional appraisal, and be attached with exclusive Vierlot anti-tamper security tag.
The security tag is the core physical proof of genuine guarantee. Once artificially removed or damaged, the product will automatically lose all authenticity after-sales protection rights, unless you can provide a complete unboxing video proving that the security tag was damaged before signing.
Customers can independently send goods to internationally recognized authoritative institutions for re-inspection. All re-inspection expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
Valid re-inspection applications must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the goods. Expired applications will not be accepted.
Only official written identification reports within the valid period and with intact security tags can enjoy full genuine compensation guarantee. Subjective judgment, normal use wear and aesthetic difference are not within the compensation scope.
Due to the particularity of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not support unconditional return and exchange.
Return and exchange services are only limited to two scenarios:
If we send the wrong style by mistake, we will bear the round-trip freight and re-deliver the correct product to you.
Unilateral refusal to sign for goods, arbitrary return for subjective dislike, dissatisfaction with appearance and other personal reasons, return application will be directly rejected.
Global wholesale customers submit inquiry information through the official wholesale popup form, and all submitted business information must be true and effective.
Wholesale quotation, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), delivery cycle and after-sales rules are not publicly displayed, and will be communicated and confirmed one by one through official WhatsApp and email.
Wholesale orders also comply with all genuine appraisal, security tag protection, 30-day re-inspection and after-sales compensation rules of the platform.

Once found, we have the right to refuse service, cancel orders and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
We only guarantee the authenticity of the products themselves, and do not undertake additional liability for personal injury, property loss and indirect losses caused by improper use of goods by users.
This clause shall not exclude the legal liability of Vierlot for user damage caused by our gross negligence or intentional illegal acts.
For force majeure events including natural disasters, war, epidemic situation, international policy changes, network failure, we are exempt from all liability.
All website layout, text content, picture materials, brand logo and exclusive anti-counterfeiting mark are protected by intellectual property laws.
No individual or organization may copy, intercept, modify, spread and use without official written authorization.
We have the right to revise and update these service terms according to legal changes and business development needs. The updated terms will be displayed on this page automatically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes shall be first resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the Shanghai Branch of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration, or to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Vierlot is located.
In the rare case a return is accepted due to non-genuine items or our wrong delivery, we shall bear the original shipping costs, customs duties and return freight.
